Americana in Black

For our first event, Americana in Black, a quartet played from a selection of notable works from African American Composers. 

Featured composers included William Grant Still, Florence Price, George Walker, and Jessie Montgomery. 

Musicians of the evening included Kyle Dickson on Violin, Caitlin Edwards on Violin, Danielle Taylor on Viola, and Tahirah Whittington on Cello.

The event was held at The Currency Exchange Cafe.
